On arrival the staff were courteous and had great energy for it being 5-6 pm. The room was great wasn't expecting to have a balcony so it was a great surprise. Breakfast was good and always hot. Parking great. Trolley (jump on off)picks up right at hotel and you can buy tickets at fronk desk. Can walk to fountain of youth! Hotel is going through up dates .
