Our stay was comfortable and enjoyable. The staff were extremely humble, polite, and always ready to help. There were a few electricity cuts, which caused slight inconvenience, but nothing major. Overall, everything else about the hotel was well managed and we had a good experience.

Méfiez vous des apparences

L’hôtel en apparence, sur internet, est bien. La piscine est jolie bien que très bruyante. Les infrastructures en général sont propres. Nous avons en revanche était très déçu : - par la lenteur du service et le manque de considération du personnel - par la chambre réservée : pour 70 euros la nuit, nous avons passé la nuit à entendre les rats et les souris s’amuser dans le placon et le faux plafond - par le petit déjeuner qui n’est pas d’une grande diversité, et qui était vide à 9h30. Nous payons le même prix que ceux qui le prennent à 7h30, donc ça n’est pas normal.

Service is superb

While a little shabby chic, the hotel service made the stay exceptional. Attentive, responsive, and professional. I started out in luxury tent—don’t do a tent! It’s loud, cold, and the you hear everything! They switched me to the hotel suite at no extra charge and it was lovely! View of the park, mini fridge, hot shower, television, wifi, comfy bed and quiet! Food was decent and the staff really cares that you have good time. The pool was lovely but gym is old.
