"Very clean!! Very pretty"

"Very clean room. Lots of breakfast options in nicely decorated restaurant. Great friendly and helpful staff. Easy to go to and from old district. My only gripe was the bed wasn’t comfortable in our room. I would happily recommend it to anyone."

"The property is located in a very peaceful area overlooking a large rice field. It is perfect if you want to be away from the Hoi A crowds. "Very kind and helpful staffs"

"Great happy hour and offers."

"Gardens are beautiful and the river with the Lilly pads was an amazing view."

"Accomodation provides free bicycle that allows us to cycle around, to different parts of Hoi An easily. Comfortable room with a backyard."

"It’s a nice place I enjoyed my stay and they were helpful and kind"

We travelle from the south to the north as a family and ended up loving this place so much, we returned for another two nights at the end of our Hue stay. Hoi and Vy were the warmest, most accommodating hosts we encountered. They went above and beyond to cater to our vegan diet, and Hoi was incredibly helpful in organizing tours and giving local tips. "Favorite thing was the pool! The bartender/staff were so friendly and made us feel welcomed. Played nice music and was not a bother during night time. Drinks were great too. Breakfast staff is super friendly."

"Everything was top tier. We used the laundry service and they made our clothes smell wonderful. They have many bikes available for free. The breakfast was cool to order but it was amazing. Will definitely stay here again."

"The staff was super helpfull in helping with next travel plans due to being fully fluent in English. A fantastic stay."
