"This place looks real nice online, but don't be mistaken! When i showed up the jacuzzi suite that i had already paid for, which is the reason i went to this hotel, was not available! The guy offered me a different room, with a jetted tub, instead for the same price! Not to mention the jetted tub was in between the bathroom and the bedroom area. Meaning there's no wall in between the bathroom and bedroom. Just a sliding glass shower door and a shower curtain. The floors look like they havent been vacuumed this year yet. Theres literally no amenities. No continental breakfast, no gym, no pool, i'm surprised the room had a tv and a fridge in it. I was very disappointed at my stay here at Hotel M Mt Pocono! It could be a real nice place. But whoever the owner is doesnt know what he's doing apparently! I'd give it maybe 1 star, only because you can tell that it used to be a nice place."

"We wanted to enjoy the amenities, specifically the pool but we didn’t. The water was cold. Also, we tried ordering food by the pool but the staff said they only take orders until 5:45pm, we got there at 5:50pm."

"I was very disappointed with our overall experience. This was our first stay here, and unfortunately, it will likely be our last. Upon arrival, we encountered several cleanliness issues in our room, including dirty linens, a cleaning rag left behind from a previous guest, candy wrappers and crumbs on the floor, and hair in the sink. It took four separate conversations and over three hours for these issues to be addressed, and there was no effort made to compensate for the inconvenience. The check-in process was also frustrating, with a line that took over 45 minutes. Additionally, while there is a $25 parking fee, finding a spot was difficult and added to the inconvenience. On a more positive note, we did enjoy Aquatopia. The water rides were great, and the lazy river was especially fun. However, the wave pool appeared to have murky water and did not seem well-maintained, as I noticed multiple bandaids floating in it on consecutive days. The restaurant at Aquatopia also had long wait times (30+ minutes) and appeared to be understaffed. I hope this feedback is helpful in improving the guest experience moving forward."

"They need to update the rooms. The bathroom needs to be painted and the door didnt lock. The ceiling looks like it will come down. There is chipped paint all over the property. The carpeting needs to be replaced. It looks like its been at least 30 or 40 years since the place has been renovated. The location is excellent and its near the water. Great views, but the property needs a major renovation and decorating."
