"Enjoying the Caribbean is always a crap shoot, Oyster Bay at this time of year was definitely a mix of good and bad. The counter staff was horrible but the bar and cleaning crews were so great!!!! I think this was the first time I have been hung up on in years but the actual staff that did the work were amazing. Poor customer service but great service, if that makes sense. "The hotel promotes breakfast included but this was such a dissapointment. Plain coffee, no juice, very minimal bread, ceral croissonts. Such a dissapointment on top of the beach being un-usable due to the sargassum. This could have been an area to make it up to guests and they failed here. "

"Potential guests need to know that this is not an accessible hotel. There is a full set of stairs leading to the lobby. Stairway leading to rooms is steep and narrow. "I had a great time. Every staff member is helpful and very nice. My favorite amenity was the swimming pool. It's shared between four rooms. But in reality it's like your private pool. Good breakfast (not savory, you have to pay extra for that), gourmet dinner. Merci, Esmeralda!"
