"This is a fab hotel, the room was spotless and spacious had opted for partial sea view as it has more square footage but it looked like a great picture window sea view. all the staff were fantastic from housekeeping to bar staff. It’s a good location with the lift down to the beach. The outside bar area had the best vista. Would recommend it 100%"

"Perfect location in Old Town near Pile Gate. In front of that Hard Rock Cafe, which had live music at night; not rock, rather soft jazz with a trio of a singer/guitar, sax, and bass player. Music stopped at midnight. Walking up the stairs with suitcases was a bit challenging, especially if you are on the second or third floor. Beautiful and spacious, nicely furnished room."

"This apartment in the heart of Old Town Dubrovnik! Very helpful and friendly management! The apartment was comfortable and clean. There are several flights of stairs in the apartment building to carry luggage up, but no outdoor steps. So it’s really not bad! Would definitely stay here again if I return to Dubrovnik!"

"The location is good, about a 25 minute walk to Old Town and in a very peaceful area surrounded by nature with spectacular views of the Adradic Sea. This is not a typical hotel, rather a restored mansion built in 1914 with only 3 spacious bedrooms. It is part of a school that prepares students for working in tourism. Eager students, supervised by professional staff, do most of the work. We felt like the owners of the mansion and loved our time here. There is a bus stop in front of the entrance."

"Like how close it is to Old Town. However, the apartment was hard to find and too many steps to maneuver with luggage. Check in instructions was clear. Apartment temperature was ok in the living area, the two bedrooms was hot. One bed was missing the sheets. Pillows were not adequate. Door knob on bathroom was broken and kept falling off. One bathroom for five adults was a little challenging."
