Don’t believe the pictures; the air conditioned comfort penthouse advertised does not have windows in the walls of the apartment, and was barely ‘indoors’ much less ‘air conditioned’. "Pontos positivos: apartamento era ótimo. Encontrei extremamente limpo e em bom estado de conservação, bem novo, com cama bem confortável e TV 43". "O apartamento é muito bem localizado e bem equipado, tem ferro de passar, secador, cafeteira, etc.. igualzinho as fotos. O predio parecia novo e estava sempre tudo limpo nas areas comuns, piscina, academia mto boas. A caução tambem foi devolvida após a solicitação. O unico "problema" é que as vezes subia um cheiro forte nos ralos do banheiro, nao sei se é problema de esgoto do local ou da cidade mesmo. De resto foi otimo"

"O apartamento é muito bom, perto de tudo. Bem confortável e prático. Só acho que deveria botar um blackout na janela, a persiana de rolo, não deixa escuro o Studio, a claridade é muito grande logo de manhã bem cedo. O prédio é maravilhoso, bem seguro. A academia é ótima !"

"Great hotel. Right at beach front and restaurants and shops and very safe. The room was clean and house keeping was very accessible and helpful. However you should really, really, really invest on purchasing mattress sheets with the elastic bands the grab the mattress. What is up with using regular sheets on the mattress?? Have of the time, after a few tosses and turns during the night, one ends up sleeping on the bare mattress. Thank goodness it was clean. Nevertheless, it was still gross. "

"I am giving 1 star because the employees of the hotel are kind. As soon as we entered the room there was a dead cockroach on top of the sink. The television did not work at all in the first room and the smell in the hall if you have any type of allergy, do not go. On the second day I went to complain and on our way down the elevator stopped. We talked to the receptionist and she moved us to a different room. The tv in the new room worked, but there was a cockroach running around the room (also caught on video!) and when my daughter took a shower the entire bathroom flooded. We had to ask someone to fix it. It was the first shower in the "new"bathroom. The next day they closed the swimming pool with no previous notice. I am not even going to talk about the food. Very bad food. Not even the French fries. You can see the oil is old. One of the highlights of hotels in Brazil are the breakfast, not in this hotel. No fresh fruits, very low variety of options. I am very glad that we left when we did. A horrible, horrible, experience."
