This place is amazing! The staff was prompt, attentive and courteous. The room was incredible! Stay nowhere else.

最高でした。
年末年始3泊しました。システム上のエラーで1日目オーバーブッキングされていることが判明されたことをホテルの方から直接お電話あり、その代償として姉妹ホテルの同等のお部屋、豪華なディナー招待、及び3日間使える12000バーツ分クレジットを頂きました。ホテル、ロケーションは勿論申し分ありませんが、船乗り場から最終日の船乗り場送迎まで、スタッフの対応が全て本当に素晴らしかったです。また泊まりたいです。

Not quite there yet unfortunately…
We stayed in one of the beach front villas with own pool. Positives first: the location is superb and the villas are top noch. The beach is absolutely beautiful and the zoodiac bar not far from the resort is worth a visit. The staff is super friendly and doing their best to serve the guests… But… there are for sure some improvement areas. The devils are in the details, but when you pay USD 600 + per night you expect 5 star accommodation at all levels. This fairly new resort opened in November 2022 I believe and will be completed some time late 2023 - some minor construction work was ongoing when we were there - not too disturbing. But it is clearly that all details are not in place yet - they may be minor, but again when you pay premium rates you expect everything to be in place. The main disappointment for is was the breakfast. They have a fancy app that lets you order the breakfast to the room. It is all ala carte - no buffet as you may expect for resorts like this. The food was generally ok, but they kept missing out/forgetting orders and part of the food seemed to be prepared (overcooked eggs benedict for instance) and thus was cold. When returning to get missing order for the second time, the staff actually seemed a bit annoyed. As for the location, beautiful it is, it is very noisy. The constant movement of extremely loud longtail boats close to shore really makes the resort stay less enjoyable. Last, a minor detail for the villa: it is missing an outdoor shower…

Definitely one of those stay in your room hotels- it’s incredible!! The property doesn’t seem to have a front desk which made asking about various things confusing and awkward. Getting checked in was seamless however- waiting area and greeted by staff quickly and we able to get in an hour early:) we ordered room service and enjoyed our meals particularly the dragon fruit cocktail! I agree with other reviews- a few things need to be figured out. I would have liked to schedule a massage and afternoon tea but didn’t know how or who to go through. Otherwise great staff, very friendly and the room was just incredible! Also gave us a free ride to our next drop off point:)

Property perfect to get away from the more crowded pattaya beach area right in between sunrise and sunset beach. New property opened on Dec 15 2022. So we stayed a few days after it opened. Construction still going on but if you book a beach villa it’s not noticeable because it’s back away from the beach. Restaurant isn’t open yet but drinks and breakfast available. Staff was excellent. Manager was on top of everything. All arrangements to and from smooths.
