"The room had everything we needed during our two week stay. The bed was comfortable, and the staff happily provided a cotton sheet for nights when the duvet cover was too warm. The Ibis was immaculate! And we were very pleased to have water provided in glass bottles. The only disappointment was that we contacted the Ibis regarding a merino wool sweater that was accidentally left behind during a 4:00 am checkout and they emailed to inform us that housekeeping did not recover the lost item. "
