The television downstairs was on constantly, even when no one was watching it, and was very loud, we could hear it in our room with the door closed. "This is not about the Hotel, I ended up booking direct through the Hotel its self. I booked & paid for this hotel through Hotels.com, within minuetes of booking & paying I realised I’d booked the wrong dates, so I tried straight away to swap the dates on Hotels.com & the system wouldn’t allow me to do that, so I contacted customer services & was told I couldn’t change or cancel my booking as they had contacted the hotel & the hotel had refused my request to change cancel.
