"Not so good property and they have worst breakfast also surrounding is really terrible 24hrs noise of buses if you are spending this much money don’t waste your money over here "

Although staff did everything to help me , I think it was poor management by leadership team , I believe they didn’t provide enough resources to staff. The hotel need major upgrade and someone from top needs to take responsibility to fix things . Will not recommend anyone to stay "

"Room not properly clean, mosquito were there, couldn't able to sleep properly. Bathroom fittings were bad condition, room telephone not working for calling reception, I had to call their Landline from my phone again and again, staff was not cooperative, not going to stay here again even if provided for free. "

"In catering to and expecting international travelers, I would expect a hotel to have electric points adaptable for US plugs. Only certain rooms have it, many others don't. The sizes of the rooms are very small, a queen deluxe room barely has space for 2 persons to keep their bags and squeeze around. There was leakage in many parts of the hotel, including rooms. An ironing board provided by the hotel had a cover sheet which bled color. On using a steam iron for a white shirt, it had severe color...

"Abbasbhai was very nice ,friendly and cordial. Most of the staff were very nice and helpful. The receptionist needs more training and more customer service with a smile. India is a great country to visit, unfortunately the work ethics hasn't changed since my last visit 20 years ago. Everyone likes to tell others how to do their jobs and the job never gets done, but only passed on to the next person in line."
