Staff were very helpful and property/gardens/beaches were extremely well maintained. The restaurants were excellent with a wide range to choose from. Our excursions were on point with amazing guides. I would definitely recommend this RIU Resort to everyone (family, friends etc).

Hotel Riu Palace Costa Rica - All Inclusive
It was wonderful to have a few pool loction choices. You could select a quiet area or sit near the swim up bar and be in the center of all the action. The staff made every effort to meet your needs and keep everyone entertained.

I honestly don’t understand how this resort is rated a 4-star property. This was the most disappointing travel experiences I’ve had. Hermosa Paradise
Best small pool ever met in motels. Kitchen is equipted not bad, but not enough plates and chef knifes, no bottles opener. Parking is convenient. Overall good place, grocery store is beside.
