Hotel was clean. Very close to Saranda beach and a lot of markets and restaurants nearby. Very clean. Breakfast could use a little more variety. Same every day. Other than that overall good experience.

The hotel was new and well appointed. The view was amazing. The bed was very comfortable. However, the staff were particularly unfriendly bordering on rude. The breakfast was limited. The stairs were constantly wet. The area was under development and this was not mentioned in the hotel description. The area was not accessible to shops/restaurant on foot. Particularly hard for older people.

Me and my partner had a lovely stay at the hotel. The apartment room we had was absolutely massive with a huge balcony connecting the dining space and bedroom area. Both rooms had smart new LG Tvs in them compatible with apps like Netflix and Disney plus and the hotel in general was very new and clean. As mentioned in the previous comments the utensils in the kitchen area were a bit sparse and could have included a few more items. The hotel is located a short walk away from the main strip into Sarande beach with lots of food and grocery shop options close by. I would like to highlight that the accommodation is at the top of a big flight of steps from the main strip and this could be tiring to walk up and down multiple times a day. Overall though I had a lovely stay at this hotel and would definitely recommend especially for the price.

Nice location, modern apartment and free parking.

The stay was nice, location is good, has parking for the guests which is a plus. The people are really friendly and accommodating. The apartment is very spacious. The only negative I would give is its cleanliness, overall it’s fine but they don’t use duvet covers, which makes me wonder if the duvet gets cleaned every time. There was also a tiny spot of blood stain on the bedsheet. We were happy with it as we covered it with a spare sheet.

Excellent hotel, great value for money. Very clean, with nice facilities and service. Private balcony and kitchen are included and housekeeping even takes care of your dishes. You can start your day on the shared terrace with a good coffee. The boulevard, pebble beach and plenty of shops and restaurants are within walking distance. Friendly and relaxed owners give you a great south Albanian experience. Some driving experience might be useful to get up the hill by car.

Simply amazing view from the terrace, big and clean room with comfortable bed, spacious shower. Simple, but filling breakfast. Friendly cats who will give you your morning headbump. Might not be suitable for someone with mobility issues and without a car, quite a bit of climb to get to the hotel.

The hotel looks modern and clean on arrival, but it’s poorly maintained. On the third day, cleaners only emptied the bin and folded the bedsheet—no vacuuming, no toilet cleaning, no linen change—so I had to ask them to clean properly on the fourth day. Rooms are not soundproof as advertised. I could hear flushing pipes, people walking and talking, doors slamming, animals outside, and even loudspeaker calls from reception. Basic amenities were lacking (only one mug, two hangers, dripping soap dispenser, unsafe toaster with exposed wires, and a broken glass table left in the room). The owner seemed uninterested in fixing problems or helping guests. It’s also on top of a steep hill, making access tiring. Overall, looks nice at first glance but the noise, lack of upkeep, and poor service make it disappointing.

We absolutely loved the apartment itself - layout, size, bed and amenities, but felt the staff was VERY unprofessional. The attendant of reception was rude, balcony furniture was in the hall and not on the balcony, and the room was not cleaned or attended to for the duration of our stay. Someone did come in, seemingly for the purposes of cleaning, but did not clean anything, and instead threw away photo lens cloths and in the process knocked a mini SD card, with all my photos on it, onto the floor, which I was narrowly lucky enough to recover. Since nothing else had been cleaned, this left us feeling that our items had been gone through. Really a shame since the apartment was quite lovely.

Para mi el mejor hotel k he estado en mi vida y he viajado por 34 países del mundo, vista expectacular y la. Càlidad de la Habitación extrema, solo comentar k el acceso al hotel al ser en una zona alta, para las vistas etc.... Tiene el acceso con coche en subidas importantes o andando unos 144 escalones para llegar arriba,merece y mucho la pena.

Wir waren sehr zufrieden mit dem Hotel. Im Vergleich zu den anderen Hotels, die wir gesehen haben, auf jeden Fall eines der schönsten und neuesten. 😍 Sauber, großer Balkon, bequeme Betten, neuer Fernseher und ein schönes Bad. Klimaanlage funktioniert sehr gut und Zimmer/Betten werden jeden Tag gereinigt. Der Duschabfluss läuft nur langsam ab, ist aber glaube ich normal und kann man dem Reinigungspersonal bestimmt sagen, die sehen das ja sonst nicht.😅 Zum Stadtzentrum sind es zu Fuß 10-15 min was für uns aber auch perfekt war. Es liegt in einer ruhigen Gehend von der es 2-3 min entfernt super viele und gute Restaurants gibt. Alles in allem würde ich das Hotel inkl. Lage auf jeden Fall weiterempfehlen. 👍😊
