"The staff were amazing, front desk very helpful and available 24 hours a day. The rooms are pretty basic, but have everything you need. One of my bath towels was dirty at arrival but was switched out quickly by the staff. The food buffet is good, lot of variety however the seating in the dining area is partially inside and out. If the weather is poor and outdoor seating isn't open then finding somewhere to sit can be frustrating."

"Terrific. Comfy simple room with balcony (or terrace). All you really need, and a great price. We stayed here our first two nights, and then returned for our last three nights on Crete. It was convenient to the HER airport for our car and flights. Rooms vary depending on directions and weather ground floor, 1, or 2 floors higher. Our first had a view to the ocean. Our second, a view of the pool. Five minute walk to be at Hersonissos restaurants and shops. Can walk easily around town and along the sea walk. An uphill walk back to the accommodation is not strenuous and is over pretty quickly. Bonuses are parking on site and a big pool."

"This room was stunning!! Full of amenities. Hidden gem (quite literally hidden entrance). Room was spacious, bed very big and comfortable, patio was amazing with stunning views! Bathroom was a wet room very cool. Convenient parking lot. Recommended going inland to Old town hersonissos for authentic food. The strip was only good for drinks, ice cream, and liquor stores. Beach was nice tho!"
