Clean, modern hotel with good facilities and amenities. Rooms are clean and modern. There is a good restaurant and bar on the ground floor of the hotel, which is very convenient. There is a bar on the top floor which services food as well.

Beautiful hotel in a great location, right on the River Miljacka and about a 15-minute walk from the old town. We arrived in the morning and were pleasantly surprised to receive an early check-in — something we really appreciated after traveling. The staff were genuinely lovely: attentive, friendly, and extremely helpful. They offered great recommendations throughout our stay, and their warm attitude made a real difference. Breakfast was delicious, with a good variety and high-quality food. The Sky Lounge rooftop bar was another highlight — very tastefully decorated, with amazing city views, especially at night. The hotel feels new and very well maintained. Our twin room was spacious, with beds closer to three-quarter size, and a large, well-designed bathroom. The heating throughout the building was excellent, which was especially welcome at this time of year. The toiletries — shower gel, shampoo, conditioner, lotion, and hand wash — were also good quality, which added a nice touch. Overall, a wonderful stay. Highly recommended!

The room was very clean, and the staff provided friendly and attentive service. The location was convenient with ample parking, and the breakfast was delicious. However, the showerhead had relatively low water pressure, and the pillows were not very comfortable.

The hotel is located within walking distance to old town and to the modern shopping area. New hotel and the rooms is very nice, modern and spacious. Dining option is good with rooftop and dining at the restaurant near the lobby. Staff is very friendly and helpful. Airport transport, day trips and taxi is very organized by the hotel. The location of the hotel is close to the old town and has a central location. It’s clean and the staff are friendly. The facilities needs improvement and dining area needs an upgrade and more space as it can get crowded during breakfast.

Top class hotel, well located.

Supremely clean, comfortable and well-located for central Sarajevo. We did have a problem with the bed which we forgot to report, so hopefully the management are monitoring feedback. Room 317 there is possibly a strut broken in the bed. Please check it out. Otherwise brilliant and would highly recommend the rooftop terrace where a few Margaritas went down very well.
