We absolutely loved our stay. Very easy to get to and the room included everything you need to be comfortable. Highly recommend anyone traveling to Otaru consider staying here. Laundry facilities also available on the premises as well as room service every 3 days. Can’t wait to visit again!

New warehouse motel with good location

The room in this new warehouse hotel is new clean and good condition. The room smelled smoky but was better after turning on the ac. Online express checkin was speedy and convenient. The bathroom with bathtub is nice new and in good condition. The room is small but functional and good beddings. The digital clock suddenly turned on bright in middle of night and annoying. Car can park right in front and overall good values hotel given we paid good rates. I would recommend this hotel given is good location good price and new.

こんなところにあるのか？ と言う立地ですが、静かですし、意外と観光地までも近いので、悪くないです。 ファミリータイプの部屋を選びましたが、近くのホテルと同程度のタイプの部屋に比して半分以下の価格だと思います。 オススメです。

冬場は底冷えする。駅から遠い。インバウンドのおかげか、朝七時でもタクシーが手配できなかったので雪の中20分近く歩かざるを得なかった。坂の上なので滑って転びそうで怖かった。 夏はいずれもそこまで問題にはならないか。

小樽は坂が多いから仕方がないけど、歩いて行ったらホテルが坂の上にあり、傾斜がきつかった。小樽駅までは15分。都通りは20分。観光の境通りまでも20分くらいはかかります。愛幸ラーメンが近い。部屋は新しくとても綺麗で静かで過ごしやすい。駅前の長崎屋で飲食物を買って行くのをオススメします。
