Bar, restaurant , housekeeping and spa staff all friendly and professional however gotta say a huge thanks to Adrienne on the front desk and the team. He sure knows how to keep this one calm as well as sort issues. Can't speak highly enough about the team. Definitely returning. Margot Gordon"

"Definitely motel-like, I wouldn’t call it a hotel but maybe this is a hotel in Lyon? It’s okay. I had my two nights traveling in between countries and it was safe, the shower was good and the bed was clean & comfortable. I really didn’t expect it to be so far away from anything (thank goodness for the bus & train). There were these red stains on the carpet, the toilet seat was a bit loose and over all, a bit of a strange fit for that toilet but, there you go! Some peeling at the baseboards but otherwise, fine. Not a 5 ⭐️ place or stay but it did the job and the staff were friendly 😁"

"Nice place. Could improve cleaning regularity - I was disappointed that in a 5 day stay that my room was not cleaned. Breakfast is very basic with nothing healthy on offer. But overall the rest was fine"
