Excelente local para comemorações em família

Tivemos um agradável fim de semana, comemorando o aniversário de membro da família. Grupo de 26 pessoas. Refeições excelentes e pratos sofisticados. Equipe bem treinada e educada. Lugar muito bonito, com muita vegetação. Registro, como ponto negativo, o acesso ao hotel, a partir de São Sebastião do Paraíso. Parte do trajeto é em estrada de terra, com poucas placas indicativas e escondidas na vegetação. Quero deixar registrado também minha insatisfação com a cobrança de "rolha" de uma garrafa de uísque, que levei de presente para o aniversariante e que foi aberta na comemoração. R$95,00 para a garrafa, muito mais caro que a mesma bebida vendida pela Internet. Não se sensibilizaram com a minha reclamação, nem mesmo com a minha argumentação de que, fora isso, todo o consumo com alimentos e bebidas foi pago à parte pelo grupo e em valor muito superior.

Excelente!!!

Estadia perfeita! Hotel fazenda muito bom, que apresenta muito conforto e inúmeras atividades para as crianças, com equipe de recreação excelente. Detalhe, além de toda a estrutura, o hotel oferece aos hóspedes um passeio de balão (cobrado a parte) que foi uma experiência maravilhosa que tivemos. Recomendo demais! O Marcelo (piloto) é uma pessoa extraordinária e um excelente profissional, com 30 anos de experiência em balonismo!! Enfim, nossa estadia foi maravilhosa.
