Poderia ter sido melhor

Fiquei bastante chateada com o fato de chegarmos ao hotel e nao ter toalhas. Tínhamos qie aguardar porque ja estavam chegando. Fizemos check-in as 14:15. Perguntei varias vezes pelas toalhas e ainda estavam chegando. Apos as 18:00 Perguntei novamente e elas ja haviam chegado mas ninguém levou no quarto. Isso me deixou bem insatisfeita.

PÉSSIMA EXPERIÊNCIA!

TIVEMOS UM ATENDIMENTO HORRÍVEL (não somente eu , como todos que se hospedaram estes dias ) , o atendente na hora do check-in foi homofóbico em suas falas , rindo quando disse que sim , o quarto era casa (ele riu diversas vezes dizendo que talvez eu pudesse ter errado na escolha das camas) . Quando entramos , não tínhamos toalhas de banho , não tínhamos cobertores e muito menos travesseiros no quarto , ficamos mais de 02 horas aguardando subir estes utensílios( alegando que as toalhas não tinham chegado da lavanderia) desci por duas vezes a recepção (porque não atendem o telefone) , quando cheguei a recepção estava um caos. Depois das duas horas recebemos os cobertores e travesseiros , depois subiram as toalhas …. Não me recordo se o Atendente se chamava Rodrigo, mas precisam urgentemente de um treinamento sobre Diversidade e Inclusividade( pesquisem sobre) !

A estadia foi boa, só tenho duas reclamações. 1. Melhorar a qualidade da tv, porque a imagem é horrível e os canais bem limitados. 2. O serviço do restaurante é fraco, comida cara para a qualidade que oferecem.

A primeira vista ja me decepcionei ao me deparar com um estacionamento que é pago. Achei uma falta de respeito com quem ja paga a estadia. Fora isso, nao disponibilizam bebedouro com água potável e nem copos de vidro para uma bebida no quarto. O recipiente de sabao liquido na pia estava quebrado e o de shampoo/condicionador com pouco abastecimento. Fora isso, achei limpo e a cama confortável.

A minha estadia nao foi agradável. Fizemos checkin, chegamos no quarto, nao havia cobertores, toalha de banho e o telefone nao funcionava. Pedimos a toalha esperamos uma hora e nada, descemos nao havia toalha, cobertores no hotel, a gerente nao atendia telefone. Um frio imenso, meia noite tomamos banho usamos as nossas camisetas como toalha e dormimos com as roupas para nao passar frio. Os funcionários nem tinham como resolver, e o unico que se mamteve disposto nao tinha como plantar uma toalha. Tentamos mudar se apto, mas nas proximidades estavam todos lotados. Sabado a noite quando retornamos pedimos as tolahas e cobertores recemis 40 minutos depois, sem estarem embaladas e nada, ao menos pareciam limpas. Agora um hotel sem toalhas e cobertpres disponíveis no inferno e o fim do mundo. Nunca mais volto!
