Meu amigo e eu nos hospedamos por duas noites no apartamento 194 e adoramos, mesmo que ele seja mais antigo por dentro. A localização foi perfeita para nós. Apenas uma observação: o apartamento possui um cofre, mas ele estava trancado. Quando liguei para a recepção, fui informado de que os hóspedes não têm acesso ao cofre.

I have had the same towel and sheets for a week and they willingly change them if I pay them with a Brazilian credit card that I do not have this is disgusting.

This was my second time staying at this location. I stayed twice (and will probably stay again) because the building is very close to where I need to be in Sao Paulo, the price is right, and the units have the most important items that I need when I am in Sao Paulo. This is however not a hotel. It doesn't have a front office, you can't ask for extra towels or pillows, there is no one to help you with luggage, etc... which is ok if you know ahead of time this is not a hotel. What I don't like is that all communicatios with "Charlie" are AI assisted and through an app. The check-in process is also through an app and it is not simple. You need to submit documentation before arrival to avoid delays getting into the room.

Apartamento muito bem localizado e ótimo custo benefício. A cama é muito confortável e o banheiro espaçoso, embora falte secador de cabelo. Eu escolhi esse porque viajei com uma amiga e solicitei o sofá cama, mas não estava aberto nem arrumado, então nos viramos apenas com a cama de casal mesmo. A parte mais enjoada foi o checkin que pede para darmos upload o no documento frente e verso e depois uma selfie seria e outra sorrindo. E, depois disso tudo, o portão não nos reconheceu na chegada. Ainda bem que tinham 2 rapazes na portaria que nos ajudaram com muita gentileza.

Hospedagem

A cama, lençóis, toalhas e banho excelentes. Secador de cabelos estragado, demorou para arrumar e depois a resistência aquecia e o secador desligava. No meu apartamento faltou, microondas e máquina de café. Fiquei 6 dias hospedada, minha colega ficou somente um dia e ganhou um apartamento melhor.

Razoável, necessitando de melhorias.

A comunicação com a administração é muito ruim quando hospedado. É só por meio de aplicativo. A recepção não tem como resolver nada. Tudo só por meio de aplicativo. Solicitei uma toalha de rosto extra pois éramos um casal e só tinha direito a uma. Solicitei banquetes para o balcão da copa pois não tinha lugar para comer e não consegui. A iluminação do apartamento poderia ser mais aconchegante, luz morna quente ao invés de luz fria branca inóspita.
