There is no auto-lock on the door. While I can lock it from the inside, I can’t lock it when I leave the room. The room’s security box also seems to be broken, as it took me more than 10 minutes to open it. The room is clean, and stuff is helpful.

Mercure SP Bela Vista was a great hotel for those on a budget. They have everything you need, and while there was no microwave in the room, I was able to heat up my food at the downstairs dining. I would compare this hotel to a Marriott Courtyard or Holiday Inn. The gym and sauna amenities were also a plus.

It's not big, but it's clean. The bed was also comfortable. Most of all, there is a kitchen facility in the room, so it was convenient to heat food easily. We plan to use it for our next business trip.

Do not go here~

The second time I have been to this hotel. Unlike last time, the service this time was absolutely the worst. 1) Walls are thin and the hotel is noisy. Also, staff members (maybe cleaning) walk around the hallways since 7:30 in the morning with their walkie-talkies at max volume and speaking loudly. 2) Rooms were not very clean and had a severe issue with ants. Also, I requested the room to be cleaned in the morning (various times) only to come in the afternoon to find the room not cleaned. I couldn't rest in the room in the afternoon since they hadn't cleaned it, causing me to go outside and wait at a coffee shop for hours until it was ready. Usually, the room was only cleaned after 4 or 5 PM. 3) The worst came during check-out when the staff told me that they made a mistake and had forgotten to charge me for a day. I requested the receipt for the payment when I checked in to verify, only to be answered that they couldn't give me and that it would be sent to me later on via e-mail. Since I was in a hurry to go to the airport, I just paid the extra amount. I just arrived home and received both receipts only to find out that they charged me more than they should have.

O hotel é OK pelo preço. Está em uma localização OK. A acústica do hotel é horrível. Toda hora conversavam no corredor, nos quartos, batiam na portas dos lados todas as horas e dava para ouvir tudo. Mas, o que mais decepcionou foi o café da manhã. Não tinha funcionário para repor, estava tudo vazio, tudo sujo e desorganizado e olha que chagamos há 1:20 hrs para fechar. Foi decepcionante. Sinceramente queria pedir meu dinheiro de volta do café.

Bom hotel se tu não usa a academia.

O hotel é bom e só (já fiquei duas vezes), bem conservado, localização boa para quem necessita ir aos hospitais próximos. Café da manhã é ponto alto da estadia. Precisa de mais atenção: Academia, beira a precariedade e talvez seja ponto fundamental pra que eu não retorne, de duas esteiras apenas uma funcionava, as vezes ficavam 6 pessoas pra usar um aparelho. E a limpeza dentro dos quartos precisa melhorar, coloquei uma roupa preta no armário, quando fui retirar tava de outra cor de tanta poeira.
