Shoutout to “UDY” i believe his name is pronounced. Works at the front desk he really is the superstar of this building. Always extremely friendly and helpful. Goes out of his way to make you feel comfortable and welcome in Sao Paolo. I do have to say that there is a seperate company who runs the door camera/ facerecognition entry. The man who works for them was very rude and nasty to me , In my mind because im an american. I have never been so rudely treated . Really left a bad taste in my mouth . Brazil is a beautiful country beautiful people so friendly and kind. As anywhere rhere aee people who are not. The building is extremely clean and secure. The concept of having your own apartment is great and was very happy with that. I just think its bad for business to have people operating the security to your building who would treat a customer so poorly. If not for UDY, and im sure im misspelling his name, i would say i would not rent here again. However just because of him I absolutely would stay again. If your brazilian and speak perfect portuguese you should have no issue.

A equipe no geral é bem atenciosa, respondem rápido, tiram dúvidas, o nosso problema foi com relação ao sofá cama do nosso estúdio, que estava quebrado. Foi aberto uma solicitação de manutenção, não foi resolvido a princípio, foi aberto uma segunda solicitação, o técnico de manutenção constatou que não havia como consertar, somente um sofá novo, chegou a colocar blocos de concreto para ajudar mas ainda assim de toda forma o sofá continuou desconfortável, na verdade independente de estar quebrado, ele já era desconfortável. Como foram vários dias nossa estadia, foi bem ruim para dormir, a coluna sofreu, não dava para descansar 100%, a cama do quarto também não era das mais confortáveis. O prédio em si é bem seguro, limpo, bem decorado e bonito, mas da pra perceber nos apartamentos está faltando um pouco mais de manutenção em algumas coisas. Um dos elevadores do prédio também não estava funcionando.

No caso do apto em andar baixo (-3) tem carapanã. Tive que comprar repelente elétrico após ver que o mosquito era aquele característico da dengue e chikungunya.

a estrutura do prédio é muito boa, os atendentes são educados e simpáticos. a região da hospedagem é o maior ponto positivo, é seguro e tem tudo perto. os únicos problemas que tive foi no box do chuveiro: acho que não fizeram o piso do box com o caimento de água certo para o ralo, então sempre ficava uma "piscininha" quando eu ia tomar banho, tinha que ficar levando a água para o ralo. Outra coisa: os travesseiros são muito baixos e não tão firmes, o que particularmente não me agradou. de resto, a estádia foi excelente!

Adoro a rede de Charlie porque é uma rede de hoteis tipo Studio. Os quartos são ótimos. O atendimento é todo on-line, mas muito funcional. Esta unidade que fiquei é 1 prédio exclusivamente do Charlie. Sempre opto por essa rede.
