"Ricardo at the night front desk was friendly and helpful. Also there was a doorman also named Ricardo who was friendly. Stayed with 2 kids so the 2 bedroom suite was perfect for our needs. They also have a playground the kids enjoyed. Right next to Oscar street for food and shopping. Super market 1 block away. Safe area. They have free access to laundry machines also which was convenient."

"I really liked the location, and the room was nice with a great view. However, the staff is generally terrible, almost non of them speak basic English and they are when I asked for a bucket of ice I got a response of “let me check”. The room floor was quite dirty yet the cleaning staff were pleasant and almost always available. We had no internet at the room or even anywhere else in the hotel and the staff were useless for the whole 6 days stay. Basically if you’re willing to spend your own...
