Sempre bom!

Já me hospedei neste hotel algumas vezes. A localização é excelente (uma quadra da Av. Paulista). Os quartos são bem maiores que o padrão. O café da manhã é muito bom!

Hotel decadente.

Aparentemente muito bom por fora..recepção bonita..mas quarto é velho...armarios antigos..a tv nao pega bem sempre com chuviscos...só tinha uma toalha sendo q somos um casal..pedi 3 vezes para trazer..nao tinha arrumação de quarto ..reclamei e disseram que so fazem quando o hospede pede na recepção. RESUMINDO NAO INDICO PRA NINGUEM PELO PRECO TEM QUE MELHORAR MUITO.

Nice but a bit run down

The lobby, room and restaurant were nice but dated and not well kept up. You could stay at a nicer hotel in Sao Paulo for the same price. The staff was wonderful, so friendly and helpful! Overall the place needs a refresh or a full remodel.

Hospedagem região da av paulista é no Belas Artes

Convenient location in São Paulo

The hotel is in a convenient location in São Paulo. The breakfast is good but the hot beverage machine, i.e. coffee dispenser, did not produce a good tasting coffee.

Reception is terrible. It took them 3 times to give me the correct room despite the hotel being at very low occupancy - I asked for a quiet room with a double bed. 3 trips back to reception and they did not even apologise. Breakfast was one of the poorest I have ever had. Poor selection. Not fresh and not replenished. Rooms are now tired. I was told I would be put in a refurbished room, but it was the same as the others. I booked this hotel twice in the same trip. I won’t be returning as the location is the only thing it has in its favour.

PROBLEMAS NO CHECKIN

Checkin super atordoado. Quase 1h pra fazer, sem falar que em momento algum me informaram algum benefício Gold. No checkout eu que pedi os tais drinks que tinha direito, mas checkout tardio, upgrade de quarto entre outras coisas nem foi citado, e ainda com o comprovante de reserva em mãos, me foi adiantando que o hotel estava lotado, e mesmo eu ter pago 627,00 em uma diária, me informaram quele colocaria em algumapto, de vdd, atendimento deixou a desejar. Esperava mais, isso pq já era a quarta vez no hotel . Melhorem esse atendimento não madrugada

Faltou toalha no apto.

Próximo à Avenida Paulista, bem localizado, quartos grandes e confortáveis. Ficamos no apto 704, o colchão é confortável mas precisa ser trocado, range muito quando a pessoa se vira na cama. Além disso fizemos o checkin as 14hs e no quarto só havia 1 toalha de banho e 1 toalha de rosto. A reserva era para 2 pessoas. Pedimos na recepção um jogo de toalhas e um piso. Até 21 horas nada de toalha. Pedimos novamente. Só entregaram 1 toalha de banho. Insistimos pra trazer um tapete/piso e não havia disponível. Resumo: a única toalha de rosto virou tapete. O hotel deve disponibiliZar toalha de banho e rosto para todos os hóspedes além de um tapete pro banheiro pois há risco de queda.

Minha estadia foi muito ruim, a começar que nao recebi toalha de rosto e nem de banho!!!! Questionei na recepção por varias vezes e a unica resposta que tive era que tinha sido comunicado o setir responsável mais nada foi resolvido, tinha um jantar as 19:30, e nao tinha toalha para tomar banho, e para ajudar por volta das 19 horas acabou a energia do quarto, liguei la e esperei voltar, apos 20 min ninguém apareceu, desci na recepção pAra querstionar, ai foi alguem arrumar, porem nada de toalhas para o banho, eu e minha esposa dividimos uma toalha que tinhamos levado!!

no quarto não havia toalhas de rosto, e ducha higienica estava com fazamento molhando todo o banheiro, solicitei 3 vezes toalhas de rosto, e a ultima informação que obtive e que as toalhas estavam na lavanderia , em 20 minutos estariam levando para o quarto, estou aguardando ate hoje as toalhas.

朝食は午前6時から10時までと案内されておりましたが、6時にレストランに行っても、従業員もおらず食事は全く用意されておりませんでした。6時半にはホテルをチェックアウトする必要がありましたので、結局朝食抜きでした。朝食代を返金して頂きたいです。

受付スタッフ不在

チェックインやチェックアウトの時に、受付にひとがおらず、呼び鈴を鳴らし続けましたが結構待たされました。受付スタッフが現れましたが、外でタバコを吸っていた様です。非常に不愉快な気分になりました。
