O quarto com banheiro privativo é confortável, apesar de pequeno, similar a um suíte de hotel, dispõe de TV (NET e TV Aberta), edredom, toalhas, Wi-Fi boa; mas não possui frigobar e telefone. Banheiro com chuveiro bacana, água quente e fria inclusive na pia de lavar rosto, possui secador; contudo não tem ducha higiênica, o que é muito inconveniente. O acesso ao quarto com banheiro privativo é no 2 andar, com lance de escada, sem acessibilidade para pessoas com deficiência física, também não é prestado auxílio com bagagem. Café da manhã simples, mas satisfatório. Bem localizado, próximo de banco, padaria, lavanderia e restaurante.

Bom, mas atenção aos detalhes.

O café da manhã, embora incluso, começava apenas às 8 horas da manhã, o que é bem inconveniente se você tem compromisso a partir antes das 9 horas (já que, em São Paulo, é necessário sair com bastante antecedência). Não se deixe enganar pela foto da pia com dois sabonetes: era um só, que acabou e, quando pedi outro, disseram que era um sabonete a cada três dias, para duas pessoas (por sorte, eu estava sozinho). E não puderam me dar um outro sabonete: "isso não é hotel, é hostel", foi a explicação. O edredom tem manchas e parece sujo (poderiam mandar fazer um envelope com lençol e encapar o edredom). Dava para ver a sujeira dentro do condicionador de ar, que, apesar disso, funcionava muito bem. A cama é bem confortável, o chuveiro é bom e o local é bem agradável. A vizinhança é muito boa e o hotel fica próximo ao metrô Ana Rosa e ao Terminal de ônibus Ana Rosa, o que também favorece.

auberge correcte pour budget limité

Nous sommes restés 1 nuit dans cette auberge, dans une chambre avec salle de bain privée pour 45 euros la nuit. Auberge correcte, +/- propre, sympathique, super super bien située, quartier super sympa, resto bars, sécurité, pas trop loin du musée d'art moderne (la raison de notre séjour), wifi correcte, personnel accueillant. Points négatifs: chambre tres petite, donc convient a 1-3 nuits, lits individuels trés trés étroits, salle de bain avec odeur désagréable et tres petite, assez bruyant et pas d'intimité car fenetre donnant sur zone de passage, petit déjeuner inclus tres limité (une option salé, et une sucrée)..Donc pour budjet limité, endroit tout a fait corecte pour le prix, et idéal pour rester 1 a 2 nuits, il faut pas trop en demander pour ce prix la.. Je recommande cet hotel pour les budgets serrés.

O quarto com duas camas de solteiro é bom porem falta um frigo bar, o quarto compartilhado com duas beliches é péssimo sem nenhum conforto, e o hospede ainda ter que pegar e devolver a roupa de cama e tolhas na recepção, já é um pouco demais!.

Cara de Hotel mas na verdade é um Hostel Arrumado.

O ambiente do hotel é bem pratico, staff muito simpatico e atencioso. Disponibiliza area comum com geladeira, microndas, cozinha. Não tomei cafe da manha no hotel, portanto nao posso avaliar. O quarto tem uma cama confortavel mas é bem pequeno, o banheiro tambem é pequeno mas cabe 2 duas pessoas ao mesmo tempo.

Hotel bem localizado, num bairro tranquilo.

Minha estadia de 11 dias no Hostal foi boa, apesar do primeiro dia ter sido terrível. Cheguei meia-noite e sofri um espécia de chantagem, com risco de ter que ir dormir na calçada, mesmo tendo reservado o Hostal a várias semanas atrás. Tudo isso porque uma pessoa se recusou a receber no momento a primeira diária, queria que pagasse toda a reserva de uma vez só, mesmo sem eu ter visto as instalações do Hostal. Disse a ele que queria olhar o quarto primeiro, pois como consumidor este é meu direito. Em hipótese nenhuma o consumidor tem o dever de pagar por um produto que não viu. Como estava com minha esposa tive que me submeter aos caprichos do atendente.

Amazing value for money

Taking into account the price, we were surprised by the welcoming staff (especially Joao) and the everyday housework in private rooms. For sure, the surrounding area and the view have nothing great, but it is a convenient and comfortable hostel.
