"Parking is extremely difficult. Be prepared to walk with your luggage. Room was clean and spacious but not so well maintained (leaking shower, few areas to put your stuff in the bathroom). Staff is very friendly "

"We had a large room with a private sitting out area (although it was too cold to use while we were there). Karen and her staff were very helpful and accommodating.
The guest house is very central, close to where Ubers can take you and several of the palaces are close by.
There is an honesty system for snacks and drinks. Breakfast was OK but with freshly made pancakes and scrambled egg and the dining area was more corridor than room.
Overall very good value."

"The room was large but it needs to be renovated, it is showing its age. It was nice to have a balcony but the chairs, table and floors were dirty. The breakfast was nice it had a good selection. We took advantage of the Happy Hour and prices and selection were good. The Lobby is lovely. The staff at the front desk and bar were very nice and accommodating.
The location is great right in the historical center. The major issue was getting to the hotel. Uber drivers are not sure where to drop you...

"The bed was clean enough, the floors could have been cleaner, the bed hangings from the photos were missing. But the most concerning part was that it was quite loud, both nights I stayed there was a clamor upstairs in the wee hours of the morning.
There was no staff present but the instructions provided were adequate and the response from property management was quick. "
