"When I arrived to check in, I was informed that the room I had reserved was not available. The staff were not helpful in resolving the issue, and when I requested to speak with a manager, my request was denied. Given the lack of assistance and accountability, we ultimately decided not to stay. I’m extremely disappointed with the experience."

"The walls were very thin and vents connected to neighbors, so everything could be heard from neighboring apartments. Multiple guys who didn't look like they were even staying at the property were outside being very loud until late at night. The bed was so soft it felt like I was sinking to the floor and the sofa and chairs in the apartment were extremely uncomfortable. There was a cockroach in the shower and water on the bathroom floor at check-in. The kitchen had very minimal cookware to make...

"Os chalés são espetaculares, tudo novo, com roupa de cama limpíssimas e cheirosas, chalé amplo e com tudo necessário para uma estadia de casal para curtir a paz e tranquilidade do local. Anfitriões muito atenciosos, gentis e carinhosos.
