The staff was amazing friendly, welcoming, and extremely helpful and the breakfast was excellent. They kindly allowed us to store two of our bags while we traveled on to Porto and Paris, which was a huge convenience. When we returned to pick them up around 3:00 a.m., the front desk representative was still incredibly helpful and friendly. Between the outstanding staff, great location, and overall hospitality, I would absolutely love to stay here again."

"The location is great, just beside the metro station that connects to the airport and in the heart of Lisbon. Room was tiny. Staff was fine and most of the time helpful when I needed, except for this one lady that was a bit rude when I questioned why the safe is not bolted the wall. If is not bolted, it defeats the purpose of having a safe available. A good place for a short period stay, I wouldn’t stay there longer than 2 nights. "

"EXE Saldanha is is a great location convenient to the airport and to the city. You can easily access Lisbon on foot and via the Metro. Lots of good places to eat, supermarket across the road and an excellent fresh breakfast to start the day. Appreciated the quite rooms with quality beds. "

"Hotel was kept clean. Well located and access to public transport in close proximity. Our booking was initially for a room with a balcony, but none was available. Instead, the staff offered a room with a bigger bed and free breakfast for each morning of our stay. Would highly recommend this hotel!"
