Friendly staff

Staff were nice, friendly, and helpful. Room was clean. Hallways and most common areas are open air so no conditioning. It’s hot and humid.

这家酒店超级棒！尤其适合带小孩子的家庭，基本上进去就不用出来了，水上乐园，恒温泳池可以足足玩一天，酒店早餐很有秩序，种类丰富，各项服务都很周到。

海棠湾很不错的一家酒店，吃饭方便

整体上来说酒店很不错，房间很大，房间用品不错，设施也很新，房间的浴缸很大，阳台很大，早餐非常丰盛。不足的是泳池离酒店有点远，泳池偏小，没有太多景观，沙滩很好，但是风浪很大，没有太多的水上活动。酒店直通食街，吃的选择比较多，但里面的超市价格黑贵。

Poor hygiene: the floor is dusty and stained with lots of stains. There may be insects in the pillow. I found that my left cheek is swollen and itchy when I sleep. There is a problem with the drainage of the bathroom. I have the same problem when I change my room. It was not a pleasant experience.

Nice hotel for families

Overall super good experience. Very nice hotel for families. Service was so so at the beginning but it improved along our stay and it seems is much better than other hotels. Family rooms are impressive (fully equipped apartment with 2 rooms). The children room is absolutely amazing.

The hotel is unquestionably beautiful. The grounds are lush and gorgeously landscaped and maintained. Our room and the public areas of the hotel are clean and well-maintained. We were very disappointed in a beachfront hotel whose beachfront we were forbidden to swim in. We understood that this was for safety reasons but we did not know this in advance. We were restricted to the hotel family pool because the "grownups" pool was closed. The family pool was crowded and very warm.

Lovely tropical weekend getaway

This was the first weekend getaway for a group of friends after the Covid travel restrictions. The hotel still had some limited services (no spa, no pool bar, some pools still closed), but what was open was wonderful. The hotel is beautifully landscaped, the rooms are large and very comfortable and it all feels like a wonderful tropical getaway. The breakfast buffet is extensive and very good. There is a food street mall right next to the hotel which provides different options for dinner. The staff were very welcoming, and if the level of English spoken was limited the desire to help was nevertheless clear.

Such a cool, modern, classy place!! Beautiful rooms, grounds. restaurants, and view. I cannot recommed this place enough!! I can't wait to go back Really great staff, cool views, nice beach, awesome bar on the roof.

레이트 쳌아웃이 꼭 필요합니다

레이트 쳌아웃이 되지않아 실망입니다. 그러나 5층 짐 에서 늦은시각까지 쉴수있도록 배려한것은 감사했어요. 룸상태와 전망은 최고였고,아레나몰이 가까운것도 최고였어요. 중식당의 음식은 너무비싸고 평범한맛이었어요.

It is a great surprise for me. Such a wonderful hotel at a good price. Nice facility, very clean, modern design. Beautiful landscapes. Access to a small quiet clean beach. Very friendly staff, nice and warm. The breakfast buffet is superb, big selection, both chinese food and western style. Plus, it is right next to the biggest food and shopping center in this area. There is a shortcut from the courtyard of this hotel, that takes you two minutes. Definitely will come back!

Room wasn’t ready until almost 2 hours after check in time and the staff didn’t do much to ease our wait. Pool had missing tiles and some loose tiles and some trash. Nice hotel bar with views (the ones showcased in many of the hotel’s photos) is only open for club guests from 6-8pm and only till 11pm for normal guests. Food offering does not match the five star hotel, except in price.

Herlig og nydelig hotell

Fantastisk hotell som anbefales på det sterkeste. Vi hadde et supert opphold. Dyr men god mat. Men rett utenfor hotellet er det mange restauranter, shoppingsenter og vannland. Husk å ha adressen til hotellet på kinesisk da taxisjåføren vår ikke kunne lese engelsk.

There was a mixed up with the bookings when we arrived. We booked the Huan Villa but when we arrived it was advised that there were no more villas. They placed us in two executive suites for the first night and upgraded us to the presidential suite for the remaining two nights. Staff were friendly and helpful. Services throughout our stay was great, would definitely revisit

We arrived at 2:30pm and waited for 2 hours till 4:30pm to get a room ! Staff claimed that my room are not yet ready! Disappointed for the late check in ! And in the second day ,after playing at the pool till 3pm and back to room for rest ,sadly the room has no housekeeping service ,I didn’t put any do not disturb alert n after clarify ,staff said too busy so not yet do the house keeping. What a bad experience ! The facilities overall meet a 5 star level however the services is much much below standard.

도착했을때 오후 5시까지 방청소가 되어있지 않아서 체크인이 딜레이 되고 다음날은 밖에 나갔다 들어오니 오후 6시가 넘었는데 방청소가 되어있질 않았음 청소를 요청하였더니 다른곳은 하나도 청소가 되어있지않고 단지 수건만 몇개 교체되어 있었음

The hotel room was clean and had very good facilities. The staff are extremely friendly and helpful. Special mention to Terence Ng from Yu Cun restaurant who made our stay extra special with his hospitality. There was also a shopping/food complex just outside the hotel. Only thing that I did not like was the check-in which took very long with barely any air con at the reception area (had to also stand to wait in the queue).

가성비 최고 최신식 호텔

가성비 엄청 좋고 시설도 엄청 깨끗하고 좋았어요 매우매우 만족스러운 호텔이고 조식도 맛있었어요 하지만 직원들이 영어를 다 잘하는건 아니여서 좀 아쉽습니다.
