"Staff was welcoming and helpful. Also place was easy access to everything. However, the floor in the stairwell is slippery. My sister in law slip and almost rolled down the stairs. Our room was on the second floor but it was wood. My suggestion is to put a non slippery rug or carpets in the stairwells. ..."

"Rooms are on the second floor accessible only by a stairway. No elevators available. No assistance provided by staff in bringing luggages up or down. Stayed for several days and rooms were NOT cleaned or serviced during entire stay! Bed frame was cracked and needed to use a bucket to flush the toilet. ..."
