This was a beautiful resort and there was a lot available to us. We loved the food, loved the drinks, and there was always something to do. However I will say if you are a tourist please do your best to understand Spanish and speak a little bit of it. There wasn’t a lot of people who really spoke English well.

DO NOT BOOK THIS HOTEL ! We booked for one week but couldn't stay for more than 1 night, the room was so humid that it was dangerous for our health. The bathroom is disgusting, the tub has been painted to hide how rusty it is. Water was falling from the ceiling. I woke up with bug bites on my hands. Food was terrible. We felt like the hotel did not change since the 90's. I don't get how in 2020 a hotel like this is still open and receiving clients. We asked to change the room but they refused so we took our luggages and took a taxi to Punta Cana and stayed in an other hotel the rest of the week.

Great value. The staff is great and the shows are amazing! The walk to the beach was a bit of a walk, but felt safe. We enjoyed the beach and hanging out by the pool. Food was ok, drinks were great. Disco was fun. Yes, the rooms are outdated, but everything else was good and the trip was cheap.

Absolutely horrible checking experience. Terrible first impression. The staff is dismissive and is more focused on getting guests checked in. We reserved 2 rooms and had 3 children with us. After a check in process of over 1 hour, it felt as if we were getting a mortgage, they gave us 2 rooms that had 4 rooms in between them, no apologies, no understanding that we couldn’t have our young children being so far apart. Once we adamantly refused to take the rooms, they finally gave us a 2 rooms with an adjoining door, which they had available the entire time. The rooms are in poor conditions, hot water may or may not work! Your sink may partially drain Your toilet may randomly not flush They nickel and dime you for everything. Internet is $2 per day per device! May not work in your room, only in certain common areas. The positives: lots to do. The servers are friendly and attentive!

The staff is so nice, they try to make you feel like home. In the reception they have people like Eligio, Juan and Lissette that are very kindly and they make an extra effort to solve right away any problem you may have. The food is good and you find varied dishes in the buffet.

Struttura con giardino stupendo e molto curato. Le camere hanno bisogno di lavori: il bagno è davvero brutto e vecchio...vasca scrostata, doccia con soffione che fa uscire solo poche gocce...insomma una tragedia (ed è stata la seconda camera..la prima l’abbiamo cambiata per il ex non funzionante che ha allagato l’intera camera). Il mare è pazzesco, una vera piscina naturale, meraviglioso ! Il bar in spiaggia offre pochissima varietà ed è aperto dalle 12 alle 14.30, avendo i bambini dovevamo portare degli snack per il pomeriggio per non tornare su(l’hotel è più in alto e non sulla spiaggia ma la passeggiata nel giardino è piacevole). Nel complesso è stata una bellissima vacanza, con qualche miglioria l’hotel si rivaluterebbe. La spiaggia fuori dall’hotel diventa Impraticabile il sabato e la domenica in settimana è super tranquilla. Acqua bassa ideale per camminate nello splendido mare . La barriera corallina protegge dalle onde quindi il mare è sempre calmo. Tornerei adesso 👍

See previous comment in the reply section The compound look beautiful from outside disappointing inside where everything look outdated.The plumbing definitely has to be updated or renovated.Food is very good. Bar, food, restaurants,beach services are very good.Most of the time the guest service desk has no attendant.The housekeepers look polite and seem to thrive to keep the complex clean.
