Tomar en cuenta al momento de hacer sus reservas
Estuvo todo perfecto, pero al momento de hacer la reserva me indicaba que el desayuno estaba incluido más cuando ya estuve en el hotel el encargado me indicó que no estaba contemplado, por favor estos detalles tomar en cuenta ya que en ninguna parte del mundo cuando he hecho reservaciones y te especifican claramente lo que está incluido o los servicios que están contemplados uno toma la decisión de hospedarse por lo que te ofrecen y que te topes con algo así si genera un poco de incomodidad
Por lo demás tanto la aplicación como los hoteles que he podido visitar que son miembros de esta aplicación siempre son buenos, repito esta es la primera vez que me sucede algo así
