"This place was incredible. Not sure why some people comment negatively about it. Pools are lovely, the rooms were cleaned every day except Thursdays and Sundays which was never an issue. Yes, the rooms are not as fancy as the sister hotel, but that hotel just had a renovations. We will come back again to the same property . The location is the best. Seriously cannot fault anything. "

"Tusind tak for en helt fantastisk uge på jeres hotel. Der var hyggeligt, roligt, smukt indrettet og altid fint og rent. En helt særlig tak skal gå til de tre skønne damer fra Mini Club – uden jer havde vores ferie ikke været nær så vidunderlig. Jeres gåpåmod og glæde smittede af og gjorde børnene både glade og trygge. I fortjener virkelig 5 stjerner! Tusind, tusind tak. 💛 "

"Great stay, pool is fantastic for the kids . Great location we used all 3 hotels on different days for swimming . Evening activities and kids club was brilliant . Lovely staff . Ivan was brilliant on front desk. "

"Amazing stay with a fun resort vibe! The rooms are huge—tons of space to relax and unwind. The hotel has a great resort-style feel, which made the whole experience even better. You can pay extra for a drinks package (I didn’t), but even without it, I had full access to all areas of the property. My favorite part was the live entertainment in the evenings—especially the karaoke nights, which were a blast!"

"Lovely, modern hotel perfect and ideal for kids yet it still felt peaceful in July. All the staff were helpful and friendly. There a few niggles such a no extractor fan in the kitchen and the lights not workijg initially however all and all a lovely trip. We will definitely book again! "

Staff were very welcoming and helpful on arrival and during stay Perfect location - 2 mins from main beach and 5 mins from town centre with all restaurants/shops/bars, area felt safe Room was perfect - clean, private, tidy, modern and included everything that we needed Pool area also lovely Mostly couples and families with older children while we were there so nice relaxed atmosphere "

"We returned from the Ariel Chico yesterday after a fantastic 10 days. The hotel is exceptionally well run with all staff being attentive, friendly and hardworking. Our room was large and well equipped, also very clean. The hotel grounds are well kept and there is obviously a lot of pride that goes into the appearance of the hotel. Food was varied and of a good standard, there was always enough, with staff constantly replenishing any empty areas. I have not travelled all inclusive previously,...
