"Our room was on the third floor and the elevator happened to be out of service in the building we were in. Unfortunately, I have a wheelchair and that did impose a little. Iโm able to walk but get tired easily. Stairs were the only option. Anyhow, a staff member was made aware of this situation and kindly gave us a room in their other building with a working elevator. Her name was Ebony I believe. She was super friendly, comforting, and understanding. Both rooms were very clean. We would totally recommend this place!"
