The property was clean and well-maintained, which made for a comfortable stay. The overall condition of the place felt like a solid 4-star experience - everything worked as expected and the space was nicely kept. Communication with the property manager during our stay was excellent, however the communication on the last day were non-existent. Still, a pleasant stay overall and would consider returning.

It was overlooking the Mediterranean Sea. It was gorgeous, up high in the hills. My husband and cousin were able to run down to have a swim, so it wasn’t too far away. It was very quiet. Everything in the apt worked. Good parking.

Missed potential

Apartment with no real ”care”. No drinking glases, no wine glad, no spatula in the kitchen. No fan for those warm summer night. Seems like the owner filled the apartment with cheap furniture. Large potential, but mostly missed. Pictures provided does not correlate to the truth.

Fantastiskt strand, lungt område

Mycket vackert läge, nära till jättefin strand med kristallklart vatten. Lägenheten var enkel men allt som behövs fanns. Incheckning skedde i Santa Teresa och inte på plats i Marmotata. Lakan och handdukar kan hyras om man inte har egna. Saknade dock diskmedel som vi fick köpa. På området finns en liten supermarket som även har nybakat bröd och chark. Det finns en restaurang, vi åt där några gånger pizzan mycket god men tyvärr var det generellt låg kvalitet på köket. Bättre att åka till Santa Teresa, ca 10 minuter med bil där utbudet av restauranger är stort. Information från agenturen som hyrde ut lägenheten var på italienska, hade varit tacksamt med information på engelska. Det finns inget wifi och mycket dåligt mottagning generellt i hela området, fick gå ut och leta uppkoppling bara för att kunna ringa. Man förväntas inte bara att diska utan även städa efter vistelsen, sopborstar finns men inget mer städmaterial.
