"I have stayed here a number of times over the years and am always pleasantly surprised by the cleanliness of the rooms. The cleaning crew does a fantastic job! Additionally, the front desk manager and others have been incredibly helpful for anything you may need. I recently had been helped by Gabriel who is exceptional with inviting you to the property and even reached out to see if I had everything I needed given I was very pregnant. The friendliness and attention to the property I notice, as well as keeping an eye out in late night hours to watch who comes in and out- that made me feel safer."

"Updated and beautiful rooms, spacious as well. Staff super helpful and always kept common spaces and rooms clean. We got a rental car halfway through our stay and was able to find parking very easily even on weekends. No laundry services, just a fitness center. Appreciated the 24/7 juice, coffee and water though, and the nice rooftop patio. I would love for them to add more entertainment e.g a pool or lounge area and maybe a little more variety in the cold breakfast (just muffins and oatmeal, fruit)? Especially for the price we got it for."

"I would say the property was pretty well up-kept. My only complaint is the bed. Our bed was hard as a rock, literally. I told the young man in the office about it and i asked if all the beds were the same, and he said yes. He didn’t offer a mattress topper or another room for out stay, so aside from the bedding, no complaints."

"Great westside location. Clean, spacious room and bathroom. Walking distance to Westwood (restaurants, bars, museums) and easy access, including public transportation, to the beaches or downtown. Staff is very friendly and well-trained. Highly recommend this place if you are looking at something on the Westside."

"The property is brand new, with clean, comfortable, and well-maintained rooms. The amenities are excellent, and the continental breakfast was enjoyable. The staff were friendly, helpful, and supportive throughout our stay. There is plenty of parking available, and the hotel is conveniently located within walking distance of downtown Newhall’s bars and restaurants."
