"The code for the door didn’t work and although we were told 10 minutes wait we had to wait over one hour to get in. The listed phone numbers for taxis were disconnected or not for a taxi. We had to walk over 2 km to the port with our luggage. Probably won’t stay here again."

"If you’re cruising out of Civitavecchia this is the place to stay !! Amazing staff , amazing location and so peaceful and quiet they will order a ride to take you to the port that is 2 mins away but will leave you right at the entrance of the cruise ship. Restaurants galore around ! I recomendé"
