We had a perfect stay in Tigullio. We walked from the train station to the hotel and then from the hotel to the town/shopping. Everything was close and we were able to walk to get espressos every morning. Perfect location and staff were so welcoming and helped us out with amenities (iron & ironing boards) as we had a wedding nearby. Would 100% recommend to friends and stay here again!

This is a lovely place and only a short walk from the waterfront (not on the waterfront as the listing says). Parking in a side street was easy and it appeared to be safe. Staff were lovely and breakfast was great.

Great stay.

Great hotel. We had a nice balcony. 2 min. walk to the beach. Good breakfast. Nice rooftop bar. The room was modern. Friendly staff. Santa Margherita Ligure is a beautiful little town and you can walk to Portofino (or take the bus, ferry). Quite a few pebble beaches on the way so bring your swimsuit.

Great choice for a short stay in SML. Ideally located for train station snd harbour. Attentive and helpful staff throughout my stay. Lovely reception, bar and breakfast area. Great buffet breakfast with large selection. Unfortunately I didn't get much sleep! The rooms are tightly packed together and the walls are very thin! You can hear every noise from adjacent tooms - conversations, toilets, movement, doors etc. So not good for a light sleeper.⁹

Great hotel to stay if you visit Cinque Terre

Great hotel, conveniently located if you plan to visit Cinque Terre! The train station is 2 minutes away from it, right next to a nice little cafe which sells delicious pastries.

Good location and firm bed

Nice bright decor. Clean room, firm bed and firm pillows which I like. Hotel is 5 mins walk to ferry point and 3 mins to a really good Gelato Centrale. Construction outside hotel makes parking quite challenging but hotel staff parked our car for us at a private carpark.

The hotel was average with basic rooms and sadly the service wasn’t up to scratch. There were too many “no” to things we asked about. In particular the lady at reception can be quite rude and abrupt. On the plus side the staff at breakfast were super friendly.

Our room showed serious sign of wear and tear Our sink faucet was replaced with a bidet faucet which would splash everywhere when opened. The hallway carpet are beyond cleaning and need to be removed. But the location is very good

Absolutely EXCELLENT hotel. Highly recommended! 1. The location was perfect. Only a 5 minute easy walk to the main train station, and right in the heart of the town centre with all restaurants and sights directly below the hotel. Couldn’t ask for a better location! 2. My Executive room was very impressive. It was beautiful and spacious, and so was the luxurious washroom. 3. All the staff were lovely! Even the cleaning ladies were extremely friendly and helpful and kind. I had the pleasure of mostly dealing with Chris at the front desk and Abdul in the breakfast room. Everyone was wonderful with me. 4. The breakfast was excellent - full and complete and fresh. There were so many options that you will surely find something you like, and more. I will miss Abdul and his delicious cappuccinos! I wouldn’t hesitate to book this modern, lovely hotel - it is a gem! It was a perfect stay.
