"Do not stay at New Barcavela under any circumstance. We booked this hotel for our honeymoon, and it completely ruined our trip.
The property is severely unhygienic and heavily infested with cockroaches; we found them crawling in the bathroom, making the space entirely unusable. Furthermore, the hotel is a consumer scam. They advertise a "private beach" on booking platforms but hide a mandatory €30/day fee per beach bed. The room itself was a disaster: tiny, filthy, lacking basic amenities like...

"The personal was very attentive and helpful. The property could be perfect if they fix some little details. Like the streets around which were with trash (from the tourists). Also some ecological measures could be implemented to take care of this beautiful location. Beds also are not to confortable for us, but we enjoy our stay. "
