"The staff is friendly however it doesn't appear that every staff member goes above and beyond to help like most. There was a problem with the room given to me at checkin and once the manager confirmed they made an error she didn't take the liberty to resolve the issue and rather made me stand in line all over again and just said the the other employee who was already swamped with about seven people in line would handle it. The breakfast was average at best and the only thing I did not care for...

"Overall our 3 nights stay was good. There was one minor incident that happened where we could not get to our floor because of a maintenance issue that caused slight flooding. Nothing of ours or our room we stayed in was affected but it was an inconvenience to sit in lobby for 45 minutes."

"This is our “go to” hotel for the Houston, Sugarland area. The rooms are always clean, well maintained and COOL!! The staff is friendly and extremely helpful. Parking has never been an issue. And special requests are always welcome and handled promptly. Additionally, we have never had a noise issue like other hotels. I HUGE recommend!!"

"Not clean. Had oily residue on counters and headrest. Breakfast not good at all , no staff help. Not too much seating for Breakfast staff amazing very friendly, smile on their faces. just hotel needs work in improving cleanliness(elevator also dirty). Overall not worth what I paid."

"This is by far one of the best hotels I’ve stayed at. My partner and I loved how spacious and clean everything was. Staff was amazing and friendly upon first impressions. Pool area was clean and the sun didn’t directly hit us due to the building, so you don’t have to worry about getting a tan lol. The only thing I would say I wasn’t a fan of is that there wasn’t as many options for breakfast (loved the waffles though). Overall amazing stay & would definitely stay again!!"

"It was a nice bare bones room. I forgot to ask for the AARP discount so I missed out on that. For an older setting it was clean and comfortable which was all I was looking for. It was quiet and even though it appeared to be filled traffic by my room was minimal. I would stay again. The air conditioning was wonderful."
