"My stay at Microtel Batangas was superb! From the time I checked in, my experience was extraordinary. This was not the usual hotel I would choose. However, what makes this hotel great is their staff. Lani, the hotel manager, made me looked into several rooms to choose from to accommodate my needs. Ron Q, the afternoon front desk staff was always available to assist with my needs whether it was food, transportation or extra towel at night. "Soy Y Viento is an excellent place for hot springs. Majority of the water comes from Mount Makiling; it means that the water is very relaxing and cures most your body pai. The staff are very friendly and helpful. The food are excellent and very fresh. I do not mind coming back next year; for me to enjoy the hot springs from the pool. Thank you, Soy Y Viento and it is well appreciated."

"For the price, the service and facility is not matched with what you can get in the bigger cities. But given the limited options in the area, I would say its ok-ish. Cleanliness can maybe improved. Accessibility to fast food and convinience store is about 600m walk or you can catch a Trike for 13pesos. What stand out to me despite of the "meh", The staffs are friendly and helpful. "

"Schönes grosszügiges Zimmer. Stimmig eingerichtet. Im Badezimmer hatte es noch Haare vom Vorgänger und im Gebäude hat es auf den Treppenstufen zum Teil viel Staub und Haare. Beim Frühstück ist der Juice leider nur ein Pulvergemisch (Geschmacksrichtung unbekannt). Im Badezimmer war in der Badewanne war der Abfluss verstopft und das zum Regulieren des Abflusses war kaputt und fiel beim Duschen runter. Kaputtes reparieren Mehr Sauberkeit (Staub und Haare) Bisschen mehr in das Frühstück...

"Worth it! The hotel had all the necessities I needed such as a clean room, quality bed, hot water, easy parking, and fast WIFI. For the price, I paid it was definitely worth it. There are food stores nearby the hotel and a lot of food delivery options nearby. Great place to stay in Calamba."
