"The front desk staff was so pleasant. They made arrangements for a late check out to accommodate an elderly family member. They remembered me from the day before, which is never expected with so many customers, but always appreciated. We didn’t have time to take advantage of the fun looking courtyard and bar, but we will come back and stay there from a more leisurely trip soon!"

"Check-in was at 3p. We arrived at around 3:40p with our 2 toddlers and we were told the room was not ready. We waited in the lobby until around 4:25 when it was finally ready. We had done our sight-seeing so it was an inconvenience with hot and tired kids, same for us adults. The room had some dusty areas and a used Q-tip on the carpet. "Checked in late on a last minute detour. Check in was fast and easy. Melissa at the front desk was very kind and helpful, made sure to get us the room and view we wanted. The room was spotless, and the bed incredibly comfortable. Damien at the desk in the morning was great about giving us a little extra time to check out. I wish we had gotten there earlier the night before to enjoy the pool and hot tub, which looked amazing and self serve wine tap in the lobby, but will have to wait until the...

"The room was a little small but comfortable. It was clean and well maintained for an older building. The swimming pool area was very nice. We enjoyed sitting out there while having wine, crackers, and cheese. It was very nice to have complementary continental breakfast from the hotel staff.The Price was great and we would definitely stay there again. The location was perfect, it was easy access to all the shops and restaurants. And many restaurants for winetasting. Thank you. "
