The hotel is very pretty - lots of flowers - the location is great - very walkable around the little town. We really enjoyed the restaurants a few minutes away. (I would advice against room 5 - next to the laundry room which was noisy)

So much noise.. I heard music until 2 am then I woke up with cleaning ladies noise at 7.. no sound isolation at all you can hear everything outside. The receptionist so kind. People very nice and kind but I couldn’t sleep, bathroom no good.

Best kept secret in Ataco

Excellent little hotel, staff was courteous and always ready to go the extra mile to make our stay excellent. Ever (owner) helped us giving a lot of information and thanks to him we met a lot of great people that will help our business, also with the time he saved us we were able to spent the last days of our business trip not working, instead we had fun at the beach!

Overall we loved the property, entire staff was super friendly and the breakfast was delicious! The rooms were small but accommodating. Rooms had a funny smell, but I think it’s due to the humidity, it’s bearable. I didn’t have hot water one of the mornings which I think my soul left my body, but I managed and survived, lol! I would definitely stay here again.

We enjoyed our stay. The staff was friendly and helpful. The hotel had steps, but the staff carried all of our luggage for the three of us in our 60's and 70's. The rooftop was a wonderful gathering place. Ataco is a small village. From our hotel we could easily walk to any place in the village.

Quaint little spot in Ataco. So humid that our first room had a funny odor - we were quickly moved into a better room. Rooms are small. The garden is cool with avocados, coffee, and all kinds of flowers growing. The breakfast was very good.

This is a charming hotel in the perfect location for exploring this pretty town. The rooms are very comfortable and clean. The covered roof terrace is a bonus and offers fabulous views of the town. A good selection of breakfast options are available. Communication with the hotel before I arrived and throughout my stay was excellent. All the staff are very friendly and helpful. Nothing is too much trouble. Monica kindly arranged my coffee tour for Finca El Carmen, which I would also recommend. The Fleur de Lis is a place I would happily go back to.

I really like they’re costumer service it was great, the breakfast was delicious and their dinner patio was amazing. The only downfall to this property is that is a bit too old and it has a funky smell like humidity or something like that.😬

Positive: Excellent service as shown in the reviews and the hotel room was well kept and clean. It is within 5 minutes walk to the central park. The shower was good pressure and hot. Negative: Breakfast was good, but has to be scheduled. Coffee is not refil, but is charged for extra cups. Checkout at 11:00 is a bit early, especially if you have family and kids
