Great and helpful staff and a comfy bed, the hotel was located only a few minutes walk from a great grocery store and delicious restaurants. Great room, just a bit cold so had to keep asking for the heating to be turned up although it was particularly cold the days we stayed. Overall I would recommend and I would come again especially as Murano is an exceptionally beautiful island. "
