"This is the worst place I have ever stayed. NEVER rent here. I have stayed in shared hostels I preferred over this.
Once you make your down payment, the hotel reaches out to let you know they have a 65 euro cleaning fee (and the rooms aren’t very clean), 30-50 euro check in fee depending on the time, towels are 10 euro, AC is 15 euro per day, and there are daily fees that accrue that amount to about 12 euro per day per person. I stayed for 4 days and spend 180 euro on top of the cost I paid...

"Amazing 3 night stay at Nuova luxury rooms and apartments. The room was cleaned to a very high standard and had everything you would need. The room had a fridge with complimentary water, a coffee machine with pods and kettle with different teas. Rooms were cleaned daily and towels changed. They also provide pool towels as they have the added bonus of a pool that you can relax at after a day exploring Olbia. Location is fantastic and is literally around the corner from shops, bars and restaurants...

"Hotel room was very clean, modern, and well designed. Shower with changing color LED lights was also cool. The space is small but has what you need. Location wise it is right in the center of a heavy traffic area so if you’re looking for peace and quiet, this is not for you. If you’re looking to be in the center of things including night life, this hotel is great. Very close to the airport and there is also a free parking lot about a 6-8min walk away if you’re looking to avoid the daily parking...
