"Apparently the check in times in Tuscany are very rigid. You must check in within the stated hours or else be subject to room cancellation. That being said, we made it in at the alotted hour. There is no staff on site until the stated check in hours, so checking in early is impossible. There appeared to only be one staff person who did not speak much English. "Tha parking was easy on the property. It was within walking distance to the villages with shops, restaurants and cafes. The best part was the staff. The owners were incredibly helpful, friendly and made you feel like family. Breakfast outside was lovely overlooking the hills of Tuscany. We met many people and had lovely conversations with other travelers during breakfast. A gem in Tuscany."

"The rooms and surrounding areas were traditional, rustic and beautiful. The air conditioning did not work for us nor any others in our travel group and was not restored during our 4 day stay. There is fine screen mesh on the windows and it thankfully cooled down during the nights in September. Breakfast is very limited in selection and quantity. There was barely any food remaining when there was still 30 minutes remaining in the breakfast service time frame. Certainly is not worth the cost. Get...

"I had construction noise wake me up every morning at 7am and when I pointed it out to property owner they told me nothing they can do out of their control. The construction was next door but right next to my window. I would have like an offer to change my room or at least prior info that construction going on next door …. 2 week stay here not one sleep in beyond 7am"

"Excellent place. Very large and had great AC. Bathroom had a large shower. The only issue was the AC unit was leaking and there was mold on the wall near it, but they immediately took care of it. Staff was great! Excellent location. Steps away from the David statue. Very safe! Would highly recommend."
