"The good - spacious hotel, plenty of space in the room. Good pool areas with lots of sunbeds. The Italian restaurant was good. Our son had a great time at the kids disco The bad - Dirty plates at the buffet. Room not properly cleaned, floor not mopped, no dusting below the TV. Poor buffet options, repetitive and lack of options for children, food quite often cold. No option for pool snacks, have to go to 24/7 bar and eat there. Cocktails are pre mixed and sugary. I would expect a 5 star all inclusive to make the drinks each time. Can only book al a carte restaurants 3 times during a 7 night stay, but you are not told that. Lack of activities and children's entertainment, can only participate if you leave your child at the kids club."

"Cannot fault this place, the apartment was absolutely stunning and such a great space for a reasonable price considering the location. Staff were always so friendly and accommodating. Location is absolutely spot on. The photos don't do the rooms justice to be honest, we had a terrace suite and the space was excellent. The fact that it's spread over a few floors made it feel so much bigger. Would 1000% return again."

"Pros: Great location, clean and attractive common areas, and very friendly staff. Good breakfast buffet, food in Ibiza is not great. Cons: Pool and bar close early, rooms have a musty smell, bathrooms feel dated, shower temperature fluctuates between hot and cold making showers uncomfortable, mattresses are very firm, AC controls are difficult to see, and the mini fridge barely keeps items cool. There were tiny bugs but not bed bugs. Overall, this hotel is okay if you’re mainly using it as a place to sleep while spending most of your time out exploring. I spent quite a bit of time in the room and noticed several comfort and maintenance issues that affected my stay. The common areas are much nicer than the guest rooms, which could use some updating."

"This is a great hotel. Very comfortable and luxurious. Room was great, pool and beach areas were great. Breakfast was incredible. However, food and beverages were very expensive. We paid 18€ for a strawberry smoothie."
