"A/c was not working, toilet flush was not working properly. We complained to staff asked us to open window and we have to press handle very hard to flush properly.. For Expedia we were looking for a hotel in close proximity to airport this was far and in remote area with no restaurants near by. In search this property was listed at 2 miles from airport that is a wrong information."

"The hotel was in a convenient area. Very close to public transportation, malls, and 10-15 minutes away from city center. The lady at the front desk ( blonde hair, glasses) wasn’t very helpful when we had trouble turning on the electricity in the room. She didn’t explain to us we needed to put our key card into the slot to turn on the electricity. It took me 2 trips downstairs to get the right information from a young man at the desk and also a maintenance worker. This is something I feel like...

"Hotel is in a prime location for a relaxing view of the ocean, however the balcony and its long chairs are never cleaned, they were full of bird poop, we could therefore not enjoy the premium we paid for the position of our room and its balcony, staff was unresponsive. There were other issues with house cleaning for the room. In summary, it’s a great hotel with poor house cleaning,"

"Spacious and very well equipped apartment with full cooking facilities and comfortable living area. We had a side sea view from the balcony which was very nice. Outside area has two pools and loungers at upper and ground level. Right across the road from the beach, a short stroll into the old town, and there's a cafe on ground floor. Loved the roominess, so although pricey, I felt we got what we paid for Would recommend."
