We arrived quite late at this property after starting from the UK. It is a small inn and we weren't sure if we would be able to eat there. The host was very welcoming and offered us a table for dinner. There was no vegetarian option on the menu but the owner put together an excellent vegetarian meal for my husband. A wonderful little place which we loved.

Séjour dans le marais poitevin

En fait cet hôtel est en vente et sur le point de fermer. Restaurant fermé contrairement à ce qui était indiqué sur le site. La jolie terrasse que l'on voit sur les photos est couverte d'excréments de canard. Chambres infestées par les punaises des bois car "la femme de ménage a laissé les fenêtres ouvertes". Petit déjeuner correct mais rien à voir avec un "continental" comme indiqué sur le site. Je n'en veux pas aux propriétaires plutôt sympathiques mais aux sites de réservation qui devraient s'appliquer à mettre à jour les informations sur les endroits référencés.

J’avais réservé 2 chambres pour la nuit du samedi 5 octobre à la vieille auberge de Sansais. Nuitées déjà payées depuis 3 semaines. En arrivant pour l’enregistrement on a découvert que l’hôtel était fermé. Gros stress, où passer la nuit ? Et le service d’assistance d’Hotel.com impossible à joindre… cela fait déjà 24 h que j’ai signalé cela par email, mais toujours aucun signe de vie d’Hotel.com… J’attends un remboursement.

Très agréable séjour dans l'hôtel.. Superbe sortie en barque dans le marais avec notre guide Armel très sympa. Magnifique petit village de Sansais très calme. Je recommande.
