As tourists who don’t speak the language, we were especially grateful for how welcoming and accommodating everyone was. Every interaction made us feel valued and at home. The rooms and facilities far exceeded our expectations. Everything was immaculate, beautifully maintained, and full of character. There was a unique charm throughout the hotel that made us feel immersed in the magic of Paris from the moment we arrived. Visiting Paris had been a dream of ours for years, and this hotel played a big part in making that dream so special. While it is certainly an investment, the level of service, comfort, and overall experience make it absolutely worth it. I would not hesitate to stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a memorable stay in Paris. ⭐️🇫🇷✨"

"Nice place. The Junior Suite was spacious but a little dated. We also stayed in a superior room during another part of the trip and it was also nice but a bit smaller. The staff was friendly and helpful. The breakfast was adequate but I would recommend going to Moon Croissant around the corner for world class pastries."

"Stayed here with my daughter for a 3 day Paris trip. Great location! We went to Disneyland Paris and Gare Du Lyon station is literally next door from which we got the RER A train directly into Disneyland. Staff are super friendly and helpful, always with a smile on their face. Easy to check in and check out on the ipads in reception. Room was spotless and bigger than I thought it would be. My daughter loved that everything could be controlled through an ipad. Would be nice to have a little coffee machine in the room as I can't start my day without one :) but lots of cafes and coffee shops on the doorstep. I would definitely stay here again."

"Food especially breakfast was really nice. Only reason for 4 rather than 5 was because I struggled to get the TV to work. The remote control for the most part never worked despite being changed 3 times and I was unable to stream Netflix or anything else on the TV. Other than that minor issue the hotel was wonderful. A great location, lots of local amenities. I would have no hesitation in staying there again, which is the best recommendation."
